90 Day Return Policy

Our goal at Airbed is to provide high quality goods and services to our customers at an exceptional value. However, we understand that sometimes there may be a problem. To make your shopping experience as trouble-free as possible we offer a 90 day return policy on all of our airbeds.

At any time you wish to return the bed, simply follow the instructions on this return policy to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).   

After receiving your RMA number, we will email you the address where you can ship the bed back to.  

Some other products are returnable only if they have been unopened and unused. See below "What's not Returnable" for a list of items which are not returnable under any circumstance.

What's not Returnable?

  • Sheets - Defective ones will be replaced only. - Under Florida State Law we are unable to accept returned sheets. Sheets can not be deemed "defective" or returned for any reason after they have been washed.

    Also, sheets cannot be returned for color differences. We cannot guarantee exact color, due to differences in computer monitors and web browsers. We make every effort to accurately portray the correct color/pattern.
  • Pillows - Defective ones will be exchanged only.
  • Comforter Sets - Defective ones will be exchanged only.
  • Linen Mattress Pads - Defective ones will be exchanged only.
  • Adjustable Bases - All adjustable bases are not returnable.

Shipping Damage

If your order is damaged by the shipper, you must refuse the package and contact us immediately, so we can file a damage claim and issue you a replacement. Once you sign for the box, the shipper is released from liability for shipping damage.

If the product is damaged inside the box, or there was shipping damage not apparent from the outside, again, just contact us and we can issue a replacement.

How do I notify you that I want to return my purchase.

  • Once your RMA number is created, an email with detailed instructions will be sent to you.
  • Basically, this number will let us know to expect your return. It will give you a list of items that is to be returned.
  • Once your return is received a separate email called a credit memo will be created. This way you will know that your merchandise was received and inspected. The dollar amount on the credit memo will be the amount that will be refunded or applied to any open orders with a balance.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days after we receive your returned merchandise.
  • Please purchase enough insurance to cover the cost of the merchandise when you make the arrangements for the return.  Any products that are received damaged or with missing parts will be refused.  You (the customer) will be responsible to file the claim against the shipping company that you hired to send the product back.

You can receive this RMA number by several ways.

  • By Phone - Call 1-800-247-2337, Option 2 for Customer Service, then Option 1 for RMA.
  • By Email -

The RMA number must be visible on the box - Any package that is sent to Airbed without an authorized RMA number on the box will be refused.

Please be sure to purchase tracking when you send your product back. You will be responsible in the event of a lost package. For this reason we ask that you send your package back to us by Freight, UPS or FEDEX - If you elect to use the post office, you must PURCHASE delivery confirmation. Purchase enough insurance to cover the value of your return.

Placing an order with our company will be your acceptance to this return policy.

How are Warranty Issues Handled?

Warranty issues are returns caused by manufacturer defect (i.e. an initial seam leak in a Airbed mattress).

  • As per the policies stated abovce, you will need an RMA number to authorize your return.
  • Contact us and we will make arrangements to repair or replace defective merchandise.
  • Important: Airbed is not responsible for warranties held by other manufacturers. Even if you purchased a product through Airbed, a specified manufacturer's warranty supercedes and nullifies all other stated policies on this website.

Order Cancellations

Once you place an order with Airbed, there is no guarantee that your order can be cancelled. You must contact our Customer Service department and receive email or fax confirmation that your order has been canceled.

Once an order has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to return any products according to the above Return Policy guidelines. If you refuse a shipment without our authorization, you may be responsible for a 15% Return Fee as well as the return shipping costs.
